Thrive - Line Management Training

Aimed at first time and new line managers within start ups, scale ups and SME’s, our Thrive programme offers a modular approach to training and has been designed to upskill and provide practical skills and knowledge to set managers up for success.

The Thrive programme has been written by and is trained by HR professionals based on first-hand experience of supporting new line managers. We focus on practical solutions and frameworks to ensure that your line managers leave with a tool kit of knowledge and skills which they can use on a daily basis to support effective people management. Although some of the topics may seem dry, our training sessions are relaxed in style with plenty of delegate discussion and involvement, we like to ensure that you have fun whilst you learn.

Our Core Thrive programme consists of 4 modules delivered in-person or remotely over 5 x 120 minute sessions:

  1. Why managers matter and how they communicate
  2. Effective performance management (2 sessions)
  3. DE&I and unconscious bias
  4. Wellbeing and mental health in the workplace

You also have the option to add additional modules to the core programme to suit your company, culture or line manager needs, some of our additional modules are detailed below:
